Customer Service 101 with Jenn Keesling, Director of Customer Experience at Van Metre Homes

Van Metre sells hundreds of new homes every year in the local area. Jenn Keesling heads the Van Metre department charged with making sure new homeowners live in homes that function properly. It is a big job, checking in on everyone all the time. Jenn tells us what she finds most rewarding about her job.

 

 

Here's what you can expect from our one-on-one interview:

  • Jenn is very experienced; she’s been a Van Metre employee for 4 years but worked in customer service for builders for 14 years.

  • As Director of Customer Experience, she oversees the Customer Care Team and is responsible for improving customer experience.

  • She works with an amazing team that assists homeowners with questions and concerns.

  • Each community has their own Customer Care Ambassador to guide homeowners through their journey in the home.

  • She also makes sure homeowners receive seasonal notices and newsletters with tips, how-to videos and homeownership checklists.

  • She loves helping people and finds tremendous satisfaction in helping people get settled into making their house a home.
